Web 2.0

In today's world, technology is all around us.  Exploring Web 2.0, as Steve Haradon suggests it is a "two way medium", where information is created and transmitted. Web 2.0 is and will become more of a valuable learning and teaching tool in the school systems. It creates active and interactive students, creating visually pleasing and interesting ways to transmit information. Furthermore,  it is changing the way we communicate. It is also eco-friendly.  In my school for example, teachers have eliminated paper copies for all students, as they now have netbooks and receive their "handouts" via pdf. This has, almost entirely, eliminated paper handouts. Worksheets are done interactively with Smart Boards.  Transparencies are no more. What else does web 2.0 have in store? Check out the link below!
